United States Green Building Council
The Washington, D.C. based U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a 501 c3 non-profit organization committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings.
USGBC’s mission is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
EMerge Alliance
The EMerge Alliance is an open industry association developing standards leading to the rapid adoption of DC power distribution in commercial buildings.
These innovative standards integrate interior infrastructures, power, controls and devices in a common microgrid platform to facilitate the hybrid use of AC and DC power throughout buildings for unprecedented design and space flexibility, greater energy efficiency and improved sustainability. The Alliance will simplify and accelerate market adoption of EMerge Alliance standards. EMerge Alliance is a member of the USGBC.
Collaborative for High Performance Schools
The mission of the Collaborative for High Performance Schools is to facilitate the design, construction and operation of high performance schools: environments that are not only energy and resource efficient, but also healthy, comfortable, well lit, and containing the amenities for a quality education.
California Charter Schools Association
The California Charter Schools Association advances the charter school movement through state and local advocacy, leadership on accountability, and resources for member schools. CCSA is a trusted source of data and information on California's charter schools for parents, authorizers, legislators, the press and other interested groups.
Coalition for Adequate School Housing
The Coalition for Adequate School Housing (C.A.S.H.) was formed in 1978 to promote, develop, and support state and local funding for K-12 construction.
C.A.S.H. Membership contains over 1,500 school districts, county offices and private sector businesses and advocates for funding to build, modernize, and maintain K-12 public schools in California.
